7.1. All rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the Game, belong to us or our licensors.
7.2. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the Game or its content.
8.1. You may create or upload content to the Game ("User Content").
8.2. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute your User Content.
8.3. You warrant that you own all rights to the content you upload.

10.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
10.2. You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it from your device.
10.3. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes through the Game or via email. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or related to the Game shall be resolved through the courts of Valencia, Spain.
